RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No refund if cancelled within 7 days of departure. 50 % refund if cancelled more than 7 days before departure
- Vacation Packages which include airline tickets are non-refundable once they are paid
- Tours must be reserved in advance and paid for at the time of reservation
- Space is not confirmed, until the tour has been reserved and paid
- Tours are based on availability at the time of reservation and can be sold out. So reserve early
- Forms of payment are: Cash, Traveler’s Cheques, VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card.
- Please be early to your departure. There are no refund if you are late and miss the tour, for any reason
- Prices do not include Gratuities for Driver or Guide.
- American Host Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries or hotels, due to adverse weather or other reasons beyond our control
- American Host Tours is acting only as an agent and is not liable nor responsible for any damages or inconveniences caused by any of the suppliers, by the guides we use, by acts of god or any other reasons
